Code of conduct

The code of conduct forms the foundation of the work culture of AKS Consultants. It help us in doing business with integrity. This code of conduct i.e. written to apply to all of us who work for AKS Consultants are as follows:-

Code of Conduct:-

1. Provide jobs to candidates where they can choose optimum long term uses of their talents that are consistent with personal objective and all relevant facts.

2. Maintain a recruitment process i.e. is fair and equitable to candidates and employing organizations.

3. Honor professional commitments and terminate assignments only when fair and justifiable grounds exists.

4. Employees adhere to standards of confidential communication.

5. The relationship with our clients should be conducted with goodwill and respect, that will facilitate the successful fulfillment of services to all our clients.

6. Employees demonstrate respect for colleagues and candidates of the profession.

7. Accurately represent qualification such as certification, educational background & experience and provide the documents when requested.

8. Refrain from using confidential interpreted for personal, monetary or professional gains.

9. Manage data, invoices, records, resumes or other situational or client and candidate specific information in a manner consistent with maintaining their confidentiality.

10. We will maintain a safe working environment which will endeavor to treat all our employees fairly and equitably.
